Problem Statement Overview
India’s leading automotive manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki, in collaboration with T-Hub, is looking to partner with mature startups that are working on cutting-edge technology for their Mobility Challenge. This program provides select startups an opportunity to execute a paid Proof of Concept, get mentorship, become a business partner of Maruti Suzuki and also win cash rewards.
The use case is to develop an agentic AI solution that autonomously optimizes digital marketing costs for Maruti Suzuki’s digital assets. This AI agent should be compatible with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) to make real-time, data-driven decisions. The agent’s main job is to analyze and act on marketing data to maximize the return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase overall efficiency. This involves dynamically reallocating budgets, adjusting bids, and refining audience targeting to eliminate wasted spending and improve campaign performance. The ultimate goal is to redefine how brands achieve optimal marketing efficiency and maximize their return on investment (ROI) through intelligent, self-directed action.

Eligibility Criteria

- Startups must demonstrate proven experience in agentic AI, Insights & Analysis, Generative Engine Optimization, Adtech Automation, Media Planning & Cost Optimization, and Data Enrichment.
- Startups to ensure the cost-effectiveness and potential increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) for Maruti Suzuki.
- The AI agent should be compatible with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).
- The product or technology the startup is offering for consideration represents original ideas wholly owned with freedom to use or is licensed by the startup team.

Deployable AI software package on dealers’ systems for extracting insights from video recordings in showrooms, without requirement of data storage in Cloud and preferably without requirement of any additional hardware.

Provision of upgrading the software with additional features via remote installation.
Data Analytics
- Data Aggregation:
Aggregate data from various sources, including video feeds, CRM systems, and sales data, to provide a holistic view of dealership operations. - Insight Extraction:
Use advanced analytics to extract meaningful insights that can inform strategic decisions, improve customer service, and enhance marketing strategies.
