Phase 1: Market Understanding
Startups dedicate 2 weeks in Hyderabad, India, engaging with stakeholders to comprehend market intricacies.
Phase 2: Go-To-Market Strategy
Over 6 months, startups refine their Go-To-Market strategies, emphasizing Product Market Fit, Customer Safari, Messaging, and Documentation.
Phase 3: Market Access Opportunity
Tailored support is provided to capitalize on market opportunities, aligning with startups’ development plans and GTM strategies.
To qualify for Innovate UK’s India Market Access Program, startups must meet the following criteria:
1.Focus on NetZero Solutions: Startups must operate within the NetZero space, demonstrating a clear commitment to advancing sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.
2. Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Applicants should have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ready for market testing.

Innovate UK’s collaboration with T-Hub, allows us to work closely with the Innovation strategists of the UK who are connected to the Government’s Innovation Agency. It allows the startups of the UK to enter the Indian Market and also closely work on India’s Net Zero mission.
Innovate UK is the UK Government's Innovation Agency, and they support companies throughout their innovation journey from providing grant funding to support research & development right through to commercialization, which includes expansion into overseas markets.

The Program is broken down into 3 Phases panning for a total of 06 Months to 07 Months.
Phase 01 focuses on the 1st India Market Visit where the startups will get an understanding of the Indian Market in the form of Discussions and Sessions with Industry Experts and various activities.
Phase 02 focuses on the Incubation of startups at T-Hub. This is a virtual Incubation where the startups will be given mentorship on creating a Go-To-Market Strategy for the Indian market. During this phase, the startups will also interact with the Subject Matter Experts, who can help in giving an understanding of what is required to create a GTM and give a generic deep dive into how it works in India.
Phase 03 focuses on the Immersion for Startups in India. For any potential connections that can help the startup in a soft landing, T-Hub will try to help in making the connection happen.
The Program does not have any fee. The startups selected for the program are required to pay a total of 1,000 Euros in advance as a deposit. The deposit amount will be refunded on successful completion of the Program.
The startups have to have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in place to be eligible for the program. The startup should be registered in the UK, and may or may not have any prior presence in the Indian Subcontinent.
The program is designed to be a Hybrid model.
The first phase of the program, which has an India Market Visit will be an in-person phase.
The second phase of the program, which is the Incubation Phase will be a Virtual phase.
The third Phase of the program, which has an India Market Immersion will be once again an in-person phase.

The Hero For Startups program is designed to run over 10-12 months, with the following key phases:
A Fuel Tube is a joint through which continuous flow of fuel takes place from the fuel tank to carburetor.
Generally 4 year is the average replacement time recommended for a fuel tube. In exceptional cases like unattended vehicle for over 6 months or more, fuel Hose need to be replaced.
The program, hosted by T-Hub and Hero MotoCorp, supports startups in developing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) that align with Hero MotoCorp’s innovation goals across the mobility sector.
Selected startups receive mentorship, access to Hero MotoCorp’s resources, networking opportunities, and the chance to develop POCs with possible future integration or partnership opportunities.
Each cohort runs for approximately 10 months, with POC development phases ranging from 1 to 12 months depending on the startup's stage and project scope.
Yes, the program focuses on three innovation horizons: H1 (immediate solutions that can be built within 3 months), H2 (mid-term enhancements that can be built within 6 months), and H3 (long-term disruptive innovations that can be built within 12 months). Each cohort will tackle these areas, aligned with Hero MotoCorp's strategic goals.
Startups typically retain IP rights for their innovations, but specific agreements regarding collaboration and commercialization may be discussed based on Hero MotoCorp's interest in individual POCs.
